Zamarn respects intellectual property rights and expects our creators and users to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyright claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
By uploading content to Zamarn, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights — including master recording, musical composition, and publishing rights — to upload, stream, and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for content you upload.
Every upload requires you to confirm that you hold the rights to the content or are authorized by the rights holder to distribute it. Uploading content you do not have rights to is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in takedown, account suspension, and legal liability.
If you believe content on Zamarn infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the form below. Your notice must include the copyrighted work, the Zamarn URL at issue, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your electronic signature.
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. It must identify the removed material and its location before removal, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action.
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances, as required by the DMCA. We track accepted takedown notices against each creator; accounts with three or more valid infringement findings may be suspended or permanently disabled.
In addition to DMCA processes, Zamarn may remove content or suspend creators who violate our content policies, even where no formal copyright claim is filed. Tracks and creator profiles carry a moderation status (active, suspended, or taken down); suspended or taken-down content is hidden from playback and discovery. All takedown and suspension actions are logged in our audit system.
Zamarn is a Christian audio platform. The following content is prohibited and subject to removal: hate speech or harassment; content that incites violence or unlawful acts; sexually explicit material; content that promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods; content that infringes the rights of others; and get-rich-quick or deceptive schemes.
Creators must designate whether a track contains explicit content at upload. Explicit content is not promoted in discovery surfaces and is surfaced to listeners with a clear "E" indicator. Zamarn reserves the right to remove content that mislabels explicit material or that violates our community standards regardless of designation.
Filing a false or bad-faith takedown or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. We reserve the right to pursue such claims and to suspend accounts that abuse this process.

We may update this policy. We will notify creators and users of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
