Welcome to Zamarn ("Zamarn," "we," "us," or "our"), a Christian audio ecosystem for music, podcasts, and sermons. By creating an account or using our platform at app.zamarn.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Zamarn.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zamarn. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Some features may require you to be 18 or older.
Zamarn offers a listener experience and a creator experience. Listeners can stream, save, and follow content. Creators can upload audio, manage a storefront, host livestreams, and earn revenue. You may switch between or hold both roles. Creator features are subject to additional creator terms and our content policies.
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal drugs. Zamarn is a faith-focused platform; content and conduct should align with our community standards.
Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant Zamarn a license to host, stream, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights — including master, publishing, and performance rights — to the content you upload. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.
Some features involve payments — premium subscriptions, creator storefronts, donations, tips, and advertising. Payment availability and status (live, test mode, or coming soon) will be clearly indicated on each feature. Where payments are active, additional terms and the payment provider's terms apply. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings.
Free listeners may see or hear advertisements. Advertisers must comply with our advertising policies and may not promote prohibited content. Premium subscribers may have an ad-free or reduced-ad experience as described in their plan.
Zamarn, the Zamarn logo, DJ Zeek, and related branding are property of Zamarn. You may not use our branding without permission, except as permitted in brand guidelines. Respect the intellectual property of others at all times.
Zamarn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties; these disclaimers apply to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamarn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Zamarn ends, but your content and data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zamarn is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
